The Trump International Resort in Sunny Isles Beach is an iconic oceanfront property that reflects luxury and elegance. Featuring distinctive architecture, the resort is a prominent landmark along the coastline. It offers a variety of high-end amenities and services designed to accommodate both leisure and business travelers.

This beach front resort, is located on the beaches of Sunny Isles at 18001 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, north of Miami Beach is just 10 minutes drive to Aventura Mall.

👥 Guest Policy:
The unit accommodates up to 4 guests including children and includes all essentials for a short-term stay. For additional personal items, nearby shops and supermarkets are available. The hotel requires that all guests staying in the room be registered by name in order to receive access to the exclusive Pool and Beach facilities.

⚠️ Important Notice:
Please be aware that the building is performing scheduled exterior maintenance and painting, completion expected by July 31, 2026. Some daytime construction noise may occur during this period. The work is managed by the building.

At the front desk, guests must pay $150 plus 7% tax fee per accommodation per night (up to 2 people over 12 year old) and $75 for each additional adult.

Valet parking is offered for $60 per night, with oversized vehicles at $75 per night. Visitor valet service is available for $30 daily. Please note: garage can accommodate no larger than an SUV-sized vehicle. Trucks not permitted due to limited space. The resort does not offer self-parking.
