👥 Guest Policy:

After booking, the primary guest must provide a valid government-issued ID and the first and last names of all guests staying at the property. Casa Celeste accommodates up to eight guests. Parties, events, unregistered guests, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted.
Towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for registered guests only.

After your reservation is confirmed, you are required to sign a short Liability Agreement before arrival. This mandatory step must be completed before check-in instructions can be released.

🔑 Check-In:

Enjoy convenient self check-in with a smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided on the day of arrival and changed after every reservation for added security.

🧑 Primary Renter:

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the entire reservation.

Free private driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles. Additional free street parking may also be available nearby.

Early check-in is subject to availability and must be requested at least one day before arrival. If approved, a $200 fee applies. This option can be purchased through our guest portal.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. A $500 fee will apply for violations or smoke-related damage.

Florida’s tropical climate means insects may occasionally be present. The property receives regular pest-control service, and keeping doors closed helps minimize exposure.

Routine pool, landscaping, pest-control, or exterior maintenance may take place during your stay. These visits are generally brief and help keep the property clean, safe, and well maintained.

Please do not tap on the aquarium glass or feed the fish unless instructed by the host. Our team will handle their routine care.
