The neighborhood has plenty of shopping available with a Walmart right across the street for food shopping during extended stays, there are several restaurants available including Etaru.
This property is located in the upscale neighborhood of Hallandale just steps from the HYDE Resort and minutes from the Aventura Mall and the restaurants in Sunny Isles Beach.

The unit accommodates up to 6 guests and includes all essentials for a short-term stay. For additional personal items, nearby shops and supermarkets are available. Wristbands provided by the resort must be worn by all guests when using resort amenities. No parties or unregistered guests allowed.

Stunning condo with absolutely beautiful views. The full kitchen was a huge plus—well equipped and spotless. The entire place was very clean and comfortable, and the staff on-site were awesome: friendly, professional, and helpful. The host was incredibly responsive and quickly fixed the AC when it went out, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay and we’d happily come back.
El depto es precioso , faltaba un poco de limpieza en la lámpara , balcón y paredes . El edificio es muy lindo . Pero difícil de tomar el ascensor y el parking . Se tarda mucho . En la cocina faltaban utensilios de cocina ( pisador de papas , secador de platos , para tener en cuenta ) la pasamos muy bien . Solo ajustaría esos detalles . Gracias
