Hallandale Beach is a great town that sits squarely between Miami and Fort Lauderdale offering the best of each city only minutes away in a car. The neighborhood has plenty of shopping available with a Walmart right across the street for food shopping during extended stays, there are several restaurants available including Etaru which sits right on the Beach next to the building beach service area.
This property is located in the upscale neighborhood of Hallandale just steps from the HYDE beach and minutes from the Aventura Mall and the restaurants in Sunny Isles Beach.

The unit accommodates up to 8 guests and includes all essentials for a short-term stay. For additional personal items, nearby shops and supermarkets are available. Wristbands provided by the resort must be worn by all guests when using resort amenities. No parties or unregistered guests allowed.

Beautiful view, clean apartment and close to the beach.
Very busy check in and check out with delayed elevator. The elevator was warm inside. I thought the property was ocean front. The ice maker and dishwasher didn't work. The jacuzzi also was not working several nights when we attended. Per maintenance worker, two of the TV's were missing equipment especially in the seating room.
Loved the host, the house, and the view! Very spacious with balcony views in 2 of the rooms. Perfect for a family. The only issue we faced haf nothing to do with tge host or unit, but ratger location. Whilst its close the FIFA 2026 WC, commute to South Beach and other tourist destinations took an average of 35-40 minutes. Overall wonderful experience and definitely worth the price.
