Do I need to have insurance for my property?
To ensure the safety and security of your property, we highly recommend purchasing property insurance for your short-term rental property in Miami. While it is not a requirement, it can provide peace of mind and protect your investment.
You can purchase insurance from any insurer of your choice, or we can assist you in acquiring one. The cost typically ranges between USD 500–1,800 per year, depending on the size and value of your property.
How can I be sure that I am receiving the correct amount from each booking?
Stay up-to-date with your property's calendar and earnings using the N1 Rent web app. Get real-time updates and know exactly how much you'll earn from every booking. Our monthly statements provide a summary, and our Client Support team is always available to provide further details or breakdowns.
What happens if my property does not receive any bookings?
Our earnings are directly tied to your success. If your property doesn't receive any bookings, we don't earn any money. This incentivizes us to work harder and smarter to secure the most bookings at the highest rates for your property, as that is how we earn our fee. At N1 Rent, our incentives are always aligned with yours.
